About the role: The Finance Receivables Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall cash flow management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting invoicing for both UK and international clients; managing invoicing processes and handling queries with support from our Finance Assistant.
  • Leading weekly debtor calls, managing collections, and owning credit control processes.
  • Handling month-end tasks such as bank reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, Stripe credit card charges, and Google client reconciliations.
  • Running credit checks for all currencies, understanding credit risk, and supporting the sales team in credit decision-making.
  • Updating and tracking cash flow daily.
  • Resolving client invoice queries, managing customer statements, and performing ad hoc reporting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance receivables role is essential, preferably within a similar industry or startup environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience with NAV/Business Central.
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports.
