We have an exciting opportunity for a Go to Market Content Executive to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey, on a hybrid contract. You will collaborate with the Go to Market team, utilising your creative and project management skills to support Customer & Strategy (C&S) and regional initiatives, focusing on proposals, new product/solution launches, and content distribution both internally and externally. You will manage and communicate content assets within our global platform, “Content Factory”.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing updated content, coordinating projects, capturing risks & actions, documenting minutes, and facilitating content workshops.
- Storyboarding, copywriting, designing, editing, and proofreading content for internal and external use. Finalised materials are to be validated by stakeholders and uploaded to Content Factory.
- Building and nurturing a network within C&S, Communications, Local Marketing, and Solutions teams; meeting regularly to identify new content opportunities and optimal communication channels (POP, webinars, newsletters, etc.).
- Collaborating with local markets to identify content gaps such as RFP materials, pitches, case studies, videos, campaign materials, and whitepapers.
- Working with suppliers including copywriters and design agencies; supporting ongoing supplier performance evaluation.
- Managing Content Factory by posting, updating, and editing materials; conducting regular reviews to ensure relevance and accuracy, and creating new content as needed.
- Supporting the management of the GTM budget.
- Enhancing platform engagement through communication updates, announcements, and presentations, including webinars and training materials.
- Training new starters and providing refresher sessions on Content Factory usage, gathering feedback for improvements.
- Analysing content usage data via Google Analytics and reporting.
- Maintaining and managing the overall content platform.
- Providing ad hoc support during peak periods and leading or supporting other C&S projects.
- Experience in content creation, communications, or marketing.
- Knowledge of multi-channel and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with bid/project coordination is advantageous.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills; ability to create engaging content with compelling design and copy.
- Insight-driven, innovative, with a deep understanding of diverse audiences.
- Strong influencing and communication skills; capable of working with global teams to develop content and provide guidance.
- Ability to develop compelling educational materials for internal and external audiences.
- Proficient in facilitating workshops and content sharing platforms like SharePoint, Bynder, and Google Analytics.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Calm and positive under pressure.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.
