Our client is an established and successful business based in Seaham. They are looking for a Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join their team on a temporary basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be Doing:
- Supporting the company through the transition to a new accounting software package
- Working together with the Finance Director and Head of Systems to test and ensure compatibility with the integrations into the new finance system
- Ensuring the new system provides the Management Information (MI) currently accessed
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies by working smarter within the new system
- Participating in a project focused on efficiencies, client management, and labour utilization
About You:
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Controller
- Willingness to work on a project basis
- Solid knowledge of accounting software
- Experience with project work is desirable
- Experience using the Workday system is desirable
