We are seeking a Social Media Manager to work remotely for a company based in Manchester . Salary & Terms Flexible work schedule Salary between £40,000 – £45,000 a year depending on experience Work from home Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Create engaging and visually appealing content to attract and retain the target audience. Manage community interactions, respond to comments, messages, and foster a positive online community. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote products and services. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions. Monitor online conversations and feedback to gather customer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with marketing objectives. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities. Strong creative and content creation skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
