We’re seeking a forward-thinking Creative Technologist who thrives at the intersection of art and emerging technology, with a strong emphasis on video and 3D content creation. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, creatively driven professional eager to contribute hands-on to high-impact projects while exploring next-generation tools and workflows. As part of our global innovation team, you’ll collaborate with artists, developers, and producers to deliver boundary-pushing work that blends traditional craftsmanship with future-forward techniques.
You’ll be instrumental in prototyping, implementing, and supporting new creative workflows in close partnership with the Senior Lead Creative Technologist, helping bridge the gap between creative intent and technological execution.
Key Responsibilities- Technology Exploration & Implementation: Research and experiment with new tools and techniques across real-time rendering, virtual production, AI content creation, and 3D scanning/modeling to support ongoing innovation.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly build and iterate on proof-of-concept experiences that demonstrate the capabilities of emerging technologies.
- Workflow Support: Help develop and refine hybrid pipelines that combine modern technologies with traditional video, animation, and post-production processes.
- Creative-Technical Integration: Partner with designers, editors, and VFX artists to translate creative ideas into technically feasible solutions that enhance storytelling and visual impact.
- Tool Customization & Automation: Create scripts, templates, and lightweight tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and creative flexibility across projects.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate across global teams and departments, contributing to project planning and documentation while clearly communicating technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ongoing Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and contribute insights to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation.
- Required: 3–6 years of experience in a creative technology, technical artist, or innovation-focused role within advertising, film, broadcast, or digital production.
- Solid working knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) and render engines (e.g., Redshift, Octane, Unreal Engine).
- Strong skills in video editing and motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine or Unity) for prototyping or content creation.
- Basic scripting/programming proficiency (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for pipeline and tool development.
- Understanding of digital production pipelines and post-production workflows.
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with volumetric capture, photogrammetry, or AI-assisted content creation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based production workflows and global collaboration tools.
- Exposure to AR/VR development or interactive experiences.
- Experience with Notch, TouchDesigner, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of technical camera workflows, codecs, and video standards.
