This role is for one of our portfolio companies, Integration App.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, systems-oriented Content Marketing Lead to join our team and help define how Integration App shows up in the world—through written content, AI-powered workflows, and sharp distribution. You’ll work closely with our CEO (Daniil), Head of Growth (Horia), and Niamh (Content Strategy) and broader go-to-market team to turn insights from product, sales, support, and the market into scalable, high-impact content. This role requires a unique mix of curiosity, editorial instinct, and technical comfort with LLM workflows. You won’t just write great content—you’ll build a system for generating it, powered by a custom GPT trained on our data and structured knowledge. If you’re an exceptional communicator with a strong eye for structure, an obsession with staying close to the product and customer, and a knack for making content production more scalable, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a custom GPT trained on Integration App data (product docs, sales calls, internal memos) to help generate high-quality content quickly.
- Own our content engine end-to-end: from idea sourcing and drafting to review, design, and publishing.
- Continuously source insights from sales, product, and customers—look at call recordings, talk to the team, read updates, and stay plugged into internal workflows.
- Write and edit content using our tone and templates (product updates, case studies, SEO pieces, trend takes, etc.).
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align messaging and content roadmap with go-to-market strategy.
- Distribute content through email, social (especially LinkedIn), and owned channels—ensuring visibility with the right audience.
- Track content performance and iterate on topics, formats, and channels.
- (Bonus) Create supporting visuals, diagrams, and social cards using Figma or Canva.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, product marketing, or similar.
- Excellent writing and editing skills—you can make complex ideas sound simple and compelling.
- Comfortable using or training LLMs (GPTs, Claude, etc.) for content generation and research.
- Experience building or maintaining content workflows using templates, AI tools, and automation.
- Strong editorial judgment—you know what’s interesting and how to frame it.
- Able to proactively source insights from cross-functional teams.
- Curious about integrations, APIs, and SaaS workflows—you don’t need to be a developer, but you’re technical enough to “get it.”
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bonus: Design skills (e.g. Figma, Canva, or simple image editing tools).
What Makes Us Unique?
- A Product Worth Writing About – Integration App powers customer-facing integrations for some of the most ambitious SaaS companies. You’ll work on stories that matter.
- A Content Playground for LLMs – This isn’t just writing blog posts. You’ll lead the charge in building AI-assisted content systems and automations.
- A Tight Feedback Loop – Our sales, product, and growth teams work closely together, so you’ll never be far from the source.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to own and build a content machine at a fast-growing SaaS startup.
- Autonomy and creative control with support from an experienced GTM team.
- Learn fast, ship fast culture focused on high-quality output over fluff.
- Remote-first with flexibility and clear goals.
- Be part of a team that actually values content and treats it like a core function.
If you’re excited to combine editorial work with AI-driven systems, and you want your work to make a meaningful impact on growth, visibility, and product understanding—we’d love to hear from you!
