NonStop Care is currently working with a Domiciliary service who are looking for a Care Coordinator to join one of their teams based in the Nottingham area.
As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with the deputy manager to assist the development and growth of the service, allowing you to have greater job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other management to improve the team.
