The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for a PPA teacher who is happy to cover across all year groups within Primary. This role is four days per week (these days can be flexible) at a local primary school based in Gloucester.
This role starts in September 2025 and is ongoing. Planning will be provided by the school but you may be required to adapt some lessons when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach the children the curriculum, working off the plans left by the class teacher
- Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children's needs and abilities
- Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Work across multiple year groups throughout the week
Requirements:
- You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive and compassionate attitude towards students
- A valid right to work in the UK
