Do you have 1 to 2 years experience working in fund accounting or fund admin? Keen to make the move to a role that will work across fund operations and middle office? This is a newly created position at a multi-strategy asset manager based in their fund operations team in Central London (10 people). The ideal person will have started their ACCA/CIMA studies, with at least 12 months relevant experience, with this role focused on supporting deal teams, fund administrators, and key internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting deal implementation and onboarding for new private market investments across private equity, private debt and infrastructure
  • Coordinating asset setup, funding, FX, and settlements
  • Managing operational relationships with third-party providers (e.g. fund admin, custodians)
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data for reporting, reconciliation, and distributions
  • Helping drive continuous improvement across operational processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent) and ideally at the start or mid way point of ACCA or CIMA
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience in fund accounting or fund admin
  • Solid Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Exposure to private markets (PE, credit, real assets) is a bonus
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Salary on offer is around £45k base plus study support, benefits and bonus. Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote).
