Conferma is looking for an Optimisation Manager to drive spend penetration within our existing Issuing Customers. The role will identify and execute on opportunities which unlock efficiencies and deliver an increase in Return on Investment, improving speed to revenue for both Customers and Conferma. The successful candidate will have responsibility for driving new revenue for Conferma by working with the client team to link Conferma products, solutions and functionality to explicit customer needs. The position requires a thought leader who is commercially pragmatic and innovative, with influencing and negotiating skills to partner with issuing clients across regions in Travel & B2B market segments as well as portfolio engagements. The Optimisation Manager will work with insights and tools which deliver both efficiency and consistency and can be used to inform treatment strategies which drive a positive action for example; Merchant behaviour and spend trends, card activation times and dormancy rates.
The Optimisation Manager will:
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization including using data tools and knowledge of customer.
- Develop compelling propositions out of the identified opportunities which you will then present to the customer.
- Design and Develop implementation plans for execution with the customer.
- Lead the execution and ensure value is realised.
- Identify trends and themes of optimisation opportunities which increase efficiency in optimisation process and improve speed to revenue for both Conferma and our Customers.
You have:

- Expert knowledge of Commercial Cards specifically in B2B & Travel.
- A proven track record of earning trust through creating and maintaining deep, lasting relationships.

Compensation
- Base Salary: Salary dependent on skills and experience
- Bonus: 20% (performance related)
