Pathmakers CiO is a charity that works to improve access to the Norfolk countryside for people of all abilities. Pathmakers CIO is looking to recruit a part-time Executive Administrator to start on 3rd March 2025.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of high-quality business support in project delivery. Exposure to working in the environmental sector would be desirable. You will need to be able to attend regular meetings in Norwich. Please only apply if you are based in Norfolk due to the nature and requirements of the job.
You will need good administrative and time management skills, as well as knowledge and ability to give financial support to trustees and other Pathmakers consultants working for us in the areas of marketing, media, and wellbeing. Use of Microsoft and HubSpot is essential. Data gathering for evaluation will be required.
You must have a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. An interest in the countryside and walking with motivating groups would be helpful. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
We are offering a part-time job, working remotely on a fixed-term consultancy basis for six months at an hourly rate of £130 a week, for approximately 10 hours a week.
