Your role as Night Unit Manager is essential in providing leadership and motivation for the team, promoting our values of Truth, Love and Compassion in everything we do. You will be in charge of the night activity of your unit and be a supportive mentor to our team of Carers, ensuring they are up to date with best practice in care and documentation.
Your management experience will be focussed on delivering the best care as well as assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents in a caring, kind and respectful manner, whilst ensuring a warm and friendly relationship with residents and relatives alike.

Requirements:
- Genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player
- Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Minimum N/SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience
