Join us in creating a new era of high country legacy within this iconic New Zealand lifestyle! Mt White Station is one of New Zealand’s largest family-owned high country properties. It has diversified into three resilient pillars: merino farming, tourism operations and a thriving honey business. We are a cohesive team of about 15 individuals who work and live a big life at Mt White Station.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Managing a commercial beekeeping operation comprising of 1,500 colonies.
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills, effectively utilized while leading a small team of 3 resident beekeepers.
  • Cheerful, solutions-focused personality aligning with our Purpose, Vision and Values.
  • Active cooperation with Farm and Tourism Pillar Leaders and involvement with the wider Mt White Station community.
  • Proactive upkeep of vehicles, plant, machinery, and buildings.
  • Reporting to the station owner.
  • Ability to enjoy living in remote location with like-minded people.
  • Couples applications welcomed, families welcomed.
