Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular Dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. One thing you can be sure of is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge. This particular package involves caring for a child in their own home.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have some care experience and knowledge of complex care. Experience working with children with disabilities in a hospital, community, or residential setting would be beneficial. Full Nurse-Led training will be provided.
