Are you driven by success, keen to grow new business, and excited to shape the future of urban spaces? We're looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to identify, acquire, and deliver car parks across the UK on a fast-paced, flexible model.
What You'll Do:
- Acquire & Develop: Identify and deliver car parks from existing or new sites to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales progress and ensuring new site openings across your territory.
- Strategic Partnerships: Work with key internal and external stakeholders to create customer and market propositions that maximize acquisition potential.
- Competitor Insight: Monitor local competitor activity to inform strategic acquisition decisions.
- Monetization: Oversee the successful onboarding of new sites and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- KPI Delivery: Your success will be measured through KPIs such as the number of new sites opened and financial performance from those sites.
Who You Are:
You have end-to-end sales/acquisition experience, ideally in a commercial or multi-site retail environment. You're highly motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to drive new business growth. With strong financial acumen, you understand P&L processes and can translate financial complexity into actionable business insights. You're resilient, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven role. Your collaboration and negotiation skills make you a trusted partner to colleagues and clients alike.
