Job Title: Electrical Contract Manager\\n Location: London (with 1 day/week travel to Kent office)\\n Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)\\n\\nI’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join their London team.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected business that delivers a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on high-rise residential developments. Candidates with experience in commercial or industrial projects will also be considered.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nOverseeing multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover.\\n\\nManaging site teams and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work and compliance.\\n\\nCoordinating with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.\\n\\nMonitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\\n\\nEnsuring adherence to all relevant health & safety legislation.\\n\\nRegular reporting to senior leadership on progress and key metrics.\\n\\nKey Requirements:\\n\\nProven experience in a similar Electrical Contract Manager role.\\n\\nStrong background in high-rise residential projects is ideal.\\n\\nCommercial or industrial experience also considered.\\n\\nRelevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).\\n\\nSMSTS or equivalent preferred.\\n\\nExcellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.\\n\\nFlexibility to attend the company’s Kent office once a week.\\n\\nPackage:\\n\\nSalary up to £80,000 depending on experience.\\n\\nLong-term pipeline of secured work.\\n\\nOpportunity to join a stable, supportive, and ambitious team.\\n\\nCareer development opportunities within a growing business.\\n\\nIf you’re an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking for your next role in a forward-thinking company, please get in touch with Harry Severn to discuss this opportunity in more detail.\\n\\n(url removed)
