About the Role
Long Term Futures are working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated "Good" school in Derby to recruit a qualified and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This role involves supporting class teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and pupil progress tracking. You will also provide focused support to pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them reach their learning goals. This is a long-term position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support class teachers in planning lessons and preparing learning resources.
- Monitor and track the academic and personal development of pupils.
- Deliver tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
- Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
What We're Looking For
- A CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or equivalent.
