Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning team on a diverse range of infrastructure projects
- Preparing consent applications and managing specific aspects of projects
- Leading the planning consenting process from feasibility, pre-application, examination, and implementation phases

Job Requirements:
- Degree and/or masters in Town Planning, with Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)
- Strong knowledge of relevant planning legislation and planning policy
- Experience in producing consent strategies, application documents, and evidence base documents
- Proven project management skills with a successful record in planning and delivery
- Excellent report writing, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Commercial and financial management experience
- Business development capabilities, including successful bidding for work
