Cable Assembler

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking experienced Solderers and Cable Assemblers to join their collaborative team in Waterlooville and Portsmouth. This Temp to Perm role involves supporting electronic assembly operations, making it ideal for individuals with excellent soldering skills and strong attention to detail.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nConducting SMT & PTH soldering, including rework\\nPerforming cable and electro-mechanical assembly\\nReading BOMs (Bill of Materials) and engineering drawings\\nEnsuring all work meets quality standards\\n\\nJob Requirements:\\n\\nExperience to IPC 610 standards\\nSkilled in fine-pitch soldering under a microscope\\nStrong component knowledge and documentation skills\\nInspection experience is a plus\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\nA proactive, detail-oriented team player\\nSomeone who works well independently and within a team\\nA commitment to quality and continuous improvement\\nIf you are an experienced Solderer or Cable Assembler looking to advance your career in a supportive, fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply now.
