Site Manager role: Student Accommodation Projects (refurbs & some build) - Working for one of the UK's most sustainably growing contractors. Overseeing 1 Project at a time.

Salary & Package: c.(£60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Private Healthcare + Excellent Package + 10% Bonus Scheme + Travel expenses & petrol mileage + Any Hotel stays fully expensed + Fantastic Progression within a company with solid clients & sheltered from economic downturns... (they have grown £50mil in sustainable turnover since covid).

What is Needed? Willingness to work Nationwide jobs, stay away if necessary, previous experience with Student accommodation projects is preferable but not essential.
