Approach Personnel are proud to be working on an exclusive basis with a large, successful and growing Maintenance Contractor who are seeking a Site Manager to join their growing team on a long term kitchens and bathrooms contract.
On offer is the chance for a Site Manager to join a company who foster a culture of empowering their employees and put them at the heart of everything they do. They are a construction/building company working in housing and are public sector building services specialists. This company works with local authorities and social landlords to maintain and refurbish homes and properties, with the largest sectors being Social Housing and Local Authorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while sticking to budgets.
This role would suit a Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking to take a step up, with a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.
The Role
- Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
- The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
- Managing and production of all aspects of Health & Safety.
- Working closely with Quantity Surveyors.

- Excellent knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works.
- Building or refurbishment related qualification or demonstrable experience.
