Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an Award-Winning Law Firm based in West Yorkshire. They are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding legal team.
This role pays a competitive salary of £22K-£30K annum DOE.
This is on a Hybrid Basis and the firm is based in Leeds.
Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Assistant:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Drafting straightforward enquiries and replies to enquiries under the supervision of a Fee Earner.
- Dealing with general conveyancing tasks.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of the Firm’s and client’s documentation.
About you as a Conveyancing Assistant:
- Previous experience in conveyancing or a related legal field.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing excellent client care.
