Are you an experienced Air Freight Forwarder looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment?

We’re working with a well-established freight forwarder near Bagshot that is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to manage both import and export air freight operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in air freight who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

📦 The Role:

• Handling end-to-end air freight import and export operations
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, customs, and clients
• Preparing and managing documentation including AWBs, customs entries, and pre-alerts
• Providing excellent customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the shipment process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years\’ UK air freight forwarding experience (import and export)
• Knowledge of customs procedures and systems (CDS)
• Ability to manage shipments independently from start to finish
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience using freight forwarding software is an advantage
