We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team as an Advisor. This individual should be enthusiastic and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, well-organized individual who wishes to develop their HR skills in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working alongside a team of HR professionals to develop a responsive and high-quality advisory service. Applicants should demonstrate decision-making skills and critical thinking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires liaising with staff at all levels, senior managers, external organizations, and developing strong relationships with trade union representatives within the Trust. Main duties of the job Providing a consistent, responsive, high-quality employee relations advisory and support service to managers and staff within the Trust. Overseeing and supporting complex and sensitive employment matters related to sickness absence. Developing and delivering training on HR policies, guidance, and employment law for managers at various levels.
