The Role:
- Cold calling potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this.
- Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
- Attending client meetings, visiting clients' offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after in their new hires.
- Researching your sector in depth, constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur.
