About the Role:
We are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Interim Asset Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering capital programmes and ensuring the effective management of housing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a five-year programme and annual capital programme.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage supply chains to support programme delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Implement strategies to improve the Decent Homes target (currently at 96% compliance).
- Identify and manage risks associated with the delivery team, ensuring accountability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset management, particularly within the housing sector or similar fields.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and liaising with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage supply chains effectively.
