Job Title: Interim Asset Manager\\nLocation: South East England\\nDuration: 6 – 9 Months\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\nWe are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Interim Asset Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is crucial in delivering capital programmes and ensuring the effective management of housing stock.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Lead the delivery of a five-year programme and annual capital programme.\\n\\n * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\\n\\n * Manage supply chains to support programme delivery.\\n\\n * Prepare detailed reports for senior management.\\n\\n * Implement strategies to improve the Decent Homes target (currently at 96% compliance).\\n\\n * Identify and manage risks associated with the delivery team, ensuring accountability.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Proven experience in asset management, particularly within the housing sector or similar fields.\\n\\n * Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects successfully.\\n\\n * Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and liaising with stakeholders.\\n\\n * Ability to manage supply chains effectively.\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\nThis role supports the Head of Housing Management Strategy for our client’s Housing Services.
