Alecto Recruitment are representing an agricultural company, who supply used farm machinery across the UK. They are looking to expand their workshop team and take on an experienced technician or mechanic to help prepare, maintain and repair agricultural machinery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and repair farm machinery - cultivators and drills
- Pre delivery preparation
- Deal with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills
- Basic electrical diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience as an Engineer, Mechanic or Technician within the Agricultural industry or with heavy machinery/plant.
