We’re working with one of the UK’s leading employee benefits providers to recruit a Partnership Manager for a brand-new role based in Bury. This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking organisation where you’ll manage high-profile accounts, drive strategic growth, and work cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, and data teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of well-known automotive brands.
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic partnerships – this is not a sales role.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver bespoke brand campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Work alongside the Pricing team to ensure competitive partner positioning.
  • Use data and reporting tools to analyse performance and support partner success.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and updates to stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Need:

  • A proven background in account or partnership management.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • A highly organised approach with strong project management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Experience or a strong interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
