My client specalises in creating stunning commercial fit-out interiors. This business has only been in operation for a couple of years but is destined for great things.
Its management team are all very expereinced having come from one of the industries biggest compaines.\\n\\nAbout the role:\\n\\n * Generate innovative concepts and ideas, and present them effectively to internal teams and external clients.\\n\\n * Develop spatial planning layouts and schematic design proposals.\\n\\n * Define and refine the material palette for projects.\\n\\n * Contribute to creating detailed drawings and presentation materials to clearly convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.\\n\\n * Support the preparation of precise drawings, technical details, schedules, and specifications for tender submissions.\\n\\n * Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) aligned with project requirements.\\n\\n * Collaborate as part of a team to deliver projects successfully from concept through to completion.\\n\\nRewards & Benefits:\\n\\n * £30,000 – £40,000 + Travel\\n\\n * Travel Allowance\\n\\n * Pension\\n\\n * Further benefits\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Proven experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-completion project involvement.\\n\\n * Proficiency in spatial planning, schematic design, and material development.\\n\\n * Skilled in creating detailed drawings, technical documentation, and presentation materials using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).\\n\\n * Strong understanding of FF&E sourcing, selection, and specification.\\n\\n * Knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.\\n\\n * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.\\n\\n * Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\n * A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.\\n\\n * Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.\\n\\n * Familiarity with tender processes and preparation of technical specifications is advantageous
