The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

I am currently working with one of the most prestigious Not-For-Profit Organisations in Britain, who are looking to urgently bring in a Business Architect with strong business analysis expertise to help define the future state operating model, align business and technology strategies, and drive transformation across departments.

This role will be instrumental in leading enterprise-wide discovery, defining the as-is and to-be landscapes, and producing a roadmap to support sustainable change across systems, data, and business processes.

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in enterprise-wide discovery, capability modelling, and operating model design
  • Strong track record in commercial technology domains: CRM, e-commerce, ticketing, or ERP
  • TOGAF certified
  • Experience identifying and prioritising processes for AI-first redesign and automation (RPA, decision support, predictive analytics)
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to pilot and scale AI use cases that enhance efficiency and insight generation
  • Experience leading as-is and to-be discovery across an organisation
  • Experience developing enterprise and commercial capability models and roadmaps
  • Experience facilitating alignment across departments and senior stakeholders
