Your role as a Van Driver:
- Capable of lifting: deliver furniture weighing from 50kg as part of a 2-person team.
- Efficient & safe deliveries: ensure timely, accurate deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
- Communication: keep in regular contact with the depot and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer facing: Being polite, presentable, and respectful of customers who you are delivering to.
- Available at Late Notice: Available to attend work within the hour if called in.
Requirements:
- A minimum 1-year experience as a van driver.
- Must have held your driving licence for at least 2 years for insurance purposes.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Good attention to detail ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Reliable (on time for work and a good attendance record).
- Complete an online induction prior to starting work.
Pay:
£12.60 per hour (Monday to Friday) + Holiday Entitlement + Pension auto enrolment.
Timely, accurate & reliable payment. Weekly payslips whilst working with Pure Staff.
