Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading Financial Services organisation looking to appoint a Compliance Manager into their 2LOD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert compliance advice and challenge across business activities, projects, and strategies
  • Support incidents, identify trends, and help assess whether regulatory notifications are required
  • Contribute input to regulatory change initiatives
  • Influence decision-making through governance forums, embedding compliance into everyday operations
  • Monitor and share emerging regulatory trends, risks, and best practices
  • Partner with the business to continuously improve understanding and delivery of good customer outcomes

Requirements:

  • 2nd line Compliance experience in Financial Services (ICOBS knowledge preferable)
  • Experience of regulatory frameworks, particularly FCA requirements
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
