Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading Financial Services organisation looking to appoint a Compliance Manager into their 2LOD.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert compliance advice and challenge across business activities, projects, and strategies
- Support incidents, identify trends, and help assess whether regulatory notifications are required
- Contribute input to regulatory change initiatives
- Influence decision-making through governance forums, embedding compliance into everyday operations
- Monitor and share emerging regulatory trends, risks, and best practices
- Partner with the business to continuously improve understanding and delivery of good customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 2nd line Compliance experience in Financial Services (ICOBS knowledge preferable)
- Experience of regulatory frameworks, particularly FCA requirements
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
