The Role – Watson Ramsbottom are seeking an ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitors/Legal Executives to join their expanding team across our multi-site practice throughout East Lancashire. We have a strong track record in developing young lawyers into the leaders of the future, specifically those who share our values: approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional.

Key Objectives

  • Preparation of tax efficient wills
  • Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
  • Use of lifetime trusts, often in connection with care fee planning
  • Administration of estates (very typically taxable estates)
  • Administration of trusts
  • Preparing and Registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Applications to the Court of Protection

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a Solicitor/Legal Executive of between 0-3 years PQE, but the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more PQE or looking to re-train from other areas of law from applying.
