We’ve been instructed to appoint a commercially driven Partner-level Building Surveyor to lead and grow a new Building Surveying service in Manchester. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious leader to build a team, shape strategy, and leave a lasting mark within a highly respected, independent UK property consultancy.
About the Role
Our client is an established, partner-led property practice with a strong national presence. Known for combining market-leading expertise with a progressive, collaborative culture, they offer true autonomy and the backing of an experienced, supportive leadership team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, develop and grow a commercially focused Building Surveying team in Manchester.
- Deliver a mix of professional and project-led services for a respected portfolio of funds, estates, landlords and occupiers.
- Take ownership of client relationships, business development and work-winning across the Northwest.
- Play a key role in the leadership team, contributing to national strategy and growth initiatives within the Built Environment division.
About You
You’ll be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) currently operating at Director, Partner or Senior Associate level, with an established reputation in the Northwest market. You’ll combine technical excellence with commercial acumen and a clear ambition to build something of your own — with the backing of a respected national firm.
