Job Description\\n\\nOur ideal candidate for this role will:\\n\\n• Be fully ACA/ACCA qualified\\n\\n• Possess sound technical & professional knowledge\\n\\n• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing a large client portfolio (for example,\\n\\nfees in a range of (Apply online only)k)\\n\\n• Ability to develop business & comfortable with networking\\n\\n• Be experienced in reviewing accounts and working to performance targets• Be commercially driven with an emphasis on providing quality advice & service to\\n\\nclients, with the ability to develop business and network comfortably\\n\\n• Be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to easily build rapport with\\n\\nclients and the internal team.\\n\\n• Be competent in people management skills to enable successful coaching/mentoring\\n\\nof others\\n\\n• Be highly organised to work in a methodical, time efficient and accurate way. Works to\\n\\nright first time.\\n\\n• Be confident in making decisions\\n\\n• Acts as a role model.\\n\\n• Be tech savvy to be comfortable in a forward-thinking Practice.
