We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Teacher to take on the role of Lead Practitioner of Engineering from September 2025.

A dynamic and inclusive secondary school rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, with a strong commitment to academic excellence and innovation in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of the Engineering curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
  • Support and mentor colleagues within the department and across the school to share best practice
  • Deliver outstanding lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5
  • Contribute to raising attainment and improving student outcomes in Engineering and related subjects
  • Work with school leadership to support whole-school teaching and learning priorities
