My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER & Policy Manager on a Permanent basis.

This role identifies, designs, and delivers innovative employment policies and guidance ensuring successful implementation and integration.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 based on experience
  • Hybrid working
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

About the role:

  • Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
  • Contribute to high level research and analysis, to ensure that our employment policies and practice are continuously improved
  • Lead the HR Service Centre (Astro) to deliver to Service level agreements driving performance
  • Proactively respond to forthcoming legislation changes, undertaking discovery work to identify the impact of the change
  • Proactively contribute to the development and continuation of communities of practice and networks to share best practices

About you:

  • You will have the following experiences:
  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, practice, and procedure
  • Sound knowledge of employment law
  • Local Authority experience is essential
