My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER & Policy Manager on a Permanent basis.
This role identifies, designs, and delivers innovative employment policies and guidance ensuring successful implementation and integration.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £46,000 - £50,000 based on experience
- Hybrid working
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
- Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Contribute to high level research and analysis, to ensure that our employment policies and practice are continuously improved
- Lead the HR Service Centre (Astro) to deliver to Service level agreements driving performance
- Proactively respond to forthcoming legislation changes, undertaking discovery work to identify the impact of the change
- Proactively contribute to the development and continuation of communities of practice and networks to share best practices
About you:
- You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of HR functions, practice, and procedure
- Sound knowledge of employment law
- Local Authority experience is essential
