My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR ER & Policy Manager on a Permanent basis.\\n\\nThis role identifies, designs, and delivers innovative employment policies and guidance ensuring successful implementation and integration.\\n\\nWhat's on offer:\\n\\nSalary: £46,000 – £50,000*based on experience\\n\\nHybrid working \\nContract type: Permanent \\nHours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday \\n\\nAbout the role:\\n\\nBased in Greater London (Hybrid):\\n\\nContribute to high level research and analysis, to ensure that our employment policies and practice are continuously improved\\nLead the HR Service Centre (Astro) to deliver to Service level agreements driving performance\\nProactively respond to forthcoming legislation changes, undertaking discovery work to identify the impact of the change\\nProactively contribute to the development and continuation of communities of practice and networks to share best practicesAbout you:\\n You will have the following experiences:\\n\\nExtensive experience in a similar role.\\nDeep understanding of HR functions, practice, and procedure\\nSound knowledge of employment law\\nLocal Authority experience is essential \\n\\nHow to apply \\n\\nOnce your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted.\\nDue to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
