The Inclusive Design team takes a unique technical, engineering-based approach to deliver a built environment that works for the maximum range of people.
Informed by research, data, and evidence, we deliver solutions that are relevant and future proofed.\\n \\n Building on the existing capability, this new team will provide inclusive design input into the company’s future pipeline of UK-based work for a Public Sector client. Reporting to the Inclusive Design Lead, our client is seeking a strategic thinking Team Leader who can demonstrate passion, flair, and expertise within inclusive design. \\n\\nYour duties and responsibilities will be\\nLead and manage a team of inclusive design professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.\\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve team and project goals.\\nCoordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure project requirements are met.\\nOversee the development and delivery of inclusive design solutions across various project stages.\\nEnsure compliance with UK and European legislation and industry standards.\\nFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment.\\nRepresent the Inclusive Design team in meetings and presentations.\\nDrive continuous improvement and professional development within the team.You will have the following qualifications & experience\\nA good working knowledge of UK and European legislation.\\nA proven track record advising on inclusive design.\\nPreference to those with a transport planning or human factors background; however, keen to explore all disciplines and experience.\\nRecognised expertise in the discipline, and a proven track record working with key stakeholders, clients, and organisations.\\nPragmatic passion for innovation and futureproofing developments.\\nExperience of working with data and research to inform and develop solutions.\\nAchieved NRAC consultant level accreditation.\\nThe drive and passion to push forwards and progress inclusive design on a large scale.\\nExperience leading design teams.Get in touch now\\n If you have a passion for innovation and managing high project teams, then apply now to have the chance of delivering inclusive engineering designs at one of the UK's leading engineering firms. \\n\\nMillbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer and respects diversity.
