TSR are currently looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our clients growing team. You'll support residents during property works and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Be the key contact for residents throughout works
  • Communicate via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Handle questions, complaints, and access arrangements
  • Coordinate appointments for contractors and trades
  • Attend site visits, resident meetings, and coffee mornings
  • Collect feedback and maintain KPI records in Excel
  • What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, punctual, and adaptable
  • Basic IT skills (email, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to drive and use of your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (DBS check provided)
