The basic qualifications are below. Please send a resume if interested. – Experience with real estate investing – Helpful if applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, realtor or hard money/private money loan originator – Excellent communication skills – Willing to work some nights and weekends ( REI meetings and conferences) – Comfortable working on a commission/forgiveable draw basis Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office. Compensation is based on a percentage of funded loan amounts. Successful Loan Officers in other markets are earning $20,000 – $30,000 monthly with unlimited upside.
