THE MINT GROUP is seeking a dedicated, confident, and accomplished Manager in Training with personality, charm, and capability. The current vacancy is at The Elk Bar, Fulham, SW6. If you are motivated, proactive, and passionate about service, food, and drink, we look forward to hearing from you.
Successful applicants will be standards and quality-driven, with keen attention to detail, an impactful first impression, and a warm, approachable customer manner. Front of house presence is essential, along with a big personality and charm. Proven experience in a food and drink-focused operation is required.
You should be able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team, have an interest in Business Development, an understanding of BOH operational processes, and a passion for hospitality. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on individuals from either a bar or restaurant background.
