Climax is one of the leading creative lights of independent games development with an outstanding line of top published titles. It truly is an exciting and inspiring place to work, based in our new Edinburgh studio overlooking the historic castle. We are seeking an experienced concept artist with extensive weapons expertise, at least two years of studio experience, to join our award-winning art team.

Experience & Requirements
- Excellent understanding of form and function
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and colour theory
- Ability to collaborate with design and production teams
- Capability to create concept art from stylised to photorealistic styles
- Excellent illustration skills for effective concept and sketch art
- Self-motivated with a passion for game development
- Enthusiasm for creating weapons, worlds, creatures, and characters
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop
- Experience with grey/white box draw-over development
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse concept art skills
- Strong foundation in traditional drawing and multiple styles
