Opportunity Summary: Join an exciting and growing company that have made some pretty cool products and continue to innovate in the Food & Beverage Industry! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Administrator (B2B) to manage and optimise B2B platforms as well as run B2B campaigns. This role involves overseeing everything from system set up, to product listings, store optimisation and store campaigns to building and running campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B marketplaces, digital marketing, and data analytics to drive online sales and improve channel performance.

We would love to see practical experience on your CV in some of the following areas: Hubspot, Shopify, marketplaces, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Search, Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the specified platforms/stores.
  • Oversee inventory levels and monitor product availability.
  • Maintain and optimise functionality, including troubleshooting technical issues with the technical team.
  • Implement promotional campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Ensure a smooth user experience by conducting regular channel audits and performance tests.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customer service teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging ecommerce technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Administrator, Online Store Manager, or similar role for B2B marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and other marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and website performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL or other web technologies is a plus.
