You’ll be on the phone with your team, closing deals, leading by example and earning overrides, whilst assisting with new development launches and showing what best-in-class performance looks like. At the same time, you’ll be coaching, mentoring, and developing your consultants, creating a high-energy, success-driven culture where targets are exceeded and careers are built.

The Package:
- £40,000 – £70,000 basic salary per annum (to reflect the individual’s current level of sales management experience) with uncapped commission and override bonus (OTE £150,000+)
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Free parking in Manchester city centre

The Investment Sales Manager Role:
- Identify and secure new property investment opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth investor clients
- Deliver tailored property investment advice and solutions
- Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to exceed targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present investment proposals and sales reports
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Assist with new development launches
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
The Person:
- Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of UK property markets and investment products
- Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team (essential)
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
