A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning independent property company as a Tender and Proposals Administrator, supporting their busy Business Development team.
Working closely with the Business Development team, Graphic Designers and technical professionals, you’ll help prepare submission documents from start to finish. This includes reading and interpreting tender documents, collating content from various teams, formatting proposals, tracking deadlines and reviewing public procurement opportunities. You’ll also help notify relevant teams of upcoming bids, review framework and procurement portals and play a part in streamlining the overall bidding process.
- Monitoring daily tender alerts, identifying relevant opportunities and sharing them with technical staff for feedback
- Working closely with the Business Development Director to improve the overall quality and delivery of proposals
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.
£30,000 to £35,000 plus bonus. Industry leading pension contribution. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Annual £500 health check and well-being allowance – can be used for anything from gym memberships and yoga to counselling or hypnotherapy. Annual company holiday.
