Are you an experienced Reception Teacher looking for a new role in a vibrant primary setting? Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Saltley area to find a Reception Teacher to work on a full-time basis from September 2025. This role does involve planning and full class teacher responsibilities until the end of the academic year 2026.
You must have Reception teaching experience and QTS to be considered for this role.
Requirements of applicant:- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Experienced teaching children in Early Years (Preferably in Reception)
- Outstanding knowledge of the Early Years and Primary National Curriculum
- Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with curriculum objectives
- Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively and positively
- Use formative and summative assessment methods to track pupil progress
- Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons across all subject areas in the Early Years Curriculum
- Assess and track pupil progress through observations, assessments and regular evaluations
- Provide feedback to pupils and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines
- Foster a caring, inclusive classroom atmosphere where pupils feel valued
- You will be paid to scale
- Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns
- Support in writing CVs and job applications

- £200 for any successful referral of Teachers, Teaching Assistants or Nursery Staff
- You will receive free, up to date safeguarding training
- The option of working under a PAYE or Umbrella pay scheme
