Bunzl Cleaning & Hygiene Supplies, a leading UK supplier of cleaning and janitorial products, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of operatives, and ensure all activity is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Train and support warehouse staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate stock handling and documentation
- Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs
- Support site security and occasional out-of-hours operations
