Please note there are several positions and the locations are Duns/Kelso/Jedburgh/Galashiels/Hawick.
Role Purpose: This post should appeal to experienced drivers who are looking for a flexible job working around a full-time fleet of vehicles and drivers. The role is varied, driving different vehicle types across several locations in the Scottish Borders. We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds and work experience.
Drivers Licence check, References and PVG (Disclosure) checks will be required for this role, and candidates will be provided with full training prior to deployment. Depending on skills and experience, opportunities exist for drivers from the Relief pool to apply for more permanent roles up to 37 hours per week full time.
Essential:
- Full manual driving licence with minimum Category D1 (minibus).
- A current drivers licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement for this post.
