As Food and Beverage Service Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional hospitality across our food and beverage offering. This is made up of a 3 rosette fine dining restaurant, casual dining space, lounge & afternoon tea and two meeting rooms. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a dynamic blend of refined dining and memorable celebrations – from intimate weddings and private dinners to meetings, afternoon teas and seasonal occasions.

You’ll work closely with our Food and Beverage Service Manager, Head Chef and senior team to ensure a seamless, thoughtful experience for all guests – whether they’re joining us for a special celebration or a quiet midweek lunch. Your hands-on leadership, passion for guest service, and ability to build and motivate your team will ensure every detail is carefully delivered with warmth, precision, and flair.

We’re looking for a leader who brings structure and creativity in equal measure – someone who can confidently manage both daily service and event logistics, and who thrives on bringing people together for memorable moments.

What we’re looking for in a great Food and Beverage Service Manager:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel, ideally with experience managing both restaurant service and private events;
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with a strong understanding of fine and casual dining, as well as banqueting and functions;
  • A calm and inspiring leader with the ability to manage and motivate a large team across different service areas;
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the confidence to work closely with guests, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels;
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to service delivery and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards at all times;
  • Above all, a desire to shape and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
